We at Ethridge Doodles & Poodles are a small family breeder of Goldendoodles also called Doodles or Goldiepoos. We raise our Poodles & Doodles in our loving home with our 3 children. They receive the love and care they deserve and in turn you receive a happy and well-socialized puppy from day 1. Our standard is to breed healthy, happy family pets.

We at Ethridge Doodles and Poodles are committed to raising high quality Doodles and Poodles. We test our parents for hips and eyes at age appropriate times. We feel it is very important to only breed dogs that are healthy and good-natured.  All parents are up to date on their vaccinations, and healthy at the time of their breeding. Our main concern is the health and well being of our Moms and Dads.  We take care not to over breed our moms and make sure they are fed the correct amounts during pregnancy and while feeding their young.

Goldendoodles are a new breed and exhibit a phenomenon called “hybrid vigor”. This refers to the fact that the first cross between unrelated purebred dogs is healthier and grows better than either parent. One of the best things about Goldendoodles is that they SHED very little or NOT at ALL!

We are located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and can ship to the USA or Canada by air at reasonable rates.

Here at Ethridge Doodles, we are starting our placement program. We don't want to kennel our dogs so we are now looking for families to be part of our breeding program. The chosen families (within 1 hour of Kitchener) are given one of our pups(Poodle or Doodles) to raise as their own. Once the pup is old enough to breed and have pups she would come to our home to deliver her pups. Once the pups are weaned we then allow the mom to go home to her family. She will live her entire life with her family eliminating the concern, of once she reaches an age where she can no longer be bred.
